Mild Coloured Cheddar
Mortadella is made of finely ground, heat-cured pork. It is flavoured with spices, with the addition of chili pepper, including whole or ground black pepper and dotted with cubes of fat.
Our Hungarian salami uses pork and beef and is crafted from our time honoured recipe. It is dry cured and naturally hardwood smoked lending the salami a delicate smokiness.
A cured Italian sausage made from ground pork, Zesty flavouring with just the right amount of heat with spices and generously marbled with tiny pockets of fat. Think of this as “flattened” salami.
