Our Hungarian salami uses pork and beef and is crafted from our time honoured recipe. It is dry cured and naturally hardwood smoked lending the salami a delicate smokiness.
Our Black Forest Ham is crafted in the traditional way using select hams which are then naturally hardwood smoked.
