A cured Italian sausage made from ground pork, lightly flavoured with spices and generously marbled with tiny pockets of fat. Think of this as “flattened” salami.
Our Hungarian salami uses pork and beef and is crafted from our time honoured recipe. It is dry cured and naturally hardwood smoked lending the salami a delicate smokiness.
Our Summer Sausage is a blend of mildly flavoured pork and beef.
